Information about the maintenance period

During summer home renovations and conversions, house managers can request that the buildings’ heating or hot water systems be shut off and emptied. We can fulfill the requirements for these works until August 19, after which we will fill the emptied buildings by August 31 at the latest!

We also have to prepare for the start of the heating season, until now all 89 buildings must be vented and brought to a condition suitable for heating.

We respectfully ask the flat owners to fully open the radiator valves everywhere during the summer, because the house managers report problems throughout the autumn due to the air entering the system from blocked (or partially open) radiators.

It is also advisable to do this because, when the heating is started, everyone can check that the radiator and the valve are working properly, and then they can take it back from the heating in the rooms that are not used.

We have volunteered to carry out the venting that is beyond our remit, before the heating is started and then once more after it has started, free of charge on behalf of the condominiums.
